The SOX’ monthly Bollinger Band creep continues; it’s continuing to creep up up up, ever so slowly, up the slope to a coming mania crescendo. That’s the 1999 playbook version anyway. Fact: This thing closed March ABOVE 10 year resistance, answering the question on the chart in the affirmative. It’s now support and the former horizontal red line is now green.
