What I know about Turkish politics could probably fill about two sentences (which, I suspect, puts me in the 95th percentile of Americans), but apparently it’s even worse there than here. Allow me to show you how their lira is doing:

It takes this kind of collapse to push our market even a TINY bit. I’m pleased to see the ES, as of this writing, is down 16.50 and the NQ is down 53. I am presently 215% short the market with 62 positions, so it looks like a good morning. Thanks, President Erdogan!
