Asian markets mostly fell after the World Bank trimmed its Asian growth forecast. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 132 points, or 0.8 percent, to 16,858. The Standard and Poor's 500 index fell 15 points, or 0.8 percent, to 1,949. The Nasdaq composite fell 37 points, or 0.8 percent, to 4,417.
