E ADRs Best & Worst Report - December 23, 2014

Since 2010, the average return of our weekly best scoring ADRs have outpaced the MSCI EAFE by a median 458 bps over the following year, with no turnover.

The average ADR score is 48.84, which is above the four week moving average score of 47.72. The average ADR is trading -25.24% below its 52 week high, -8.15% below its 200 day moving average, has 3.83 days to cover held short, and is expected to post EPS growth of 17.36% next year.

The top scoring sector across ADRs is services (SIG, OMAB, JOBS, RUK, GSH, CUK, ZNH, CEA). Healthcare (FMS, TEVA, LUX, SNN, NVO, SHPG, RDY, NVS, BAYRY) and consumer goods (FBR, TM, AMCRY, NSRGY, DEO, BUD, VLKAY, UN, UL) also score above average. Industrial goods and financials score in line. Utilities, basics, and technology score below average.

The best zones are the Middle East (NICE, TEVA) and North America/Canada (RY, BCE, BMO). The top regions include MENA, North America, and the U.K./Ireland (RUK, CUK, RYAAY, ARMH, NGG, PSO, SNN, PUK). The highest scoring countries are Israel (NICE, TEVA), Canada (RY, BCE, BMO), Bermuda (SIG, AXS, SFL), Argentina (GGAL, BMA, BFR, TEO), and Taiwan (TSM, AUO, ASX).
