The Rate-Cut-In-March Balloon Popped
Looks like someone popped the rate-cut-in-March balloon. And the overdue downside pressure on stocks has ensued. That's nice to know. But what investors and traders need to know is that both mo (see chart) and history (US presidential year) favor a resumption to the upside once the current downdraft subsides.
