The economy has taken a major hit from the COVID-19 pandemic. Throwing millions out of a job, and closing the doors of restaurants, offices, and other businesses across the country. As of April 2020, unemployment in the U.S. reached a high of 14.7% - a record since the Great Depression. 43 states have seen new all-time highs of unemployment and in some states, unemployment is so high that 1 out of every 4 are out of a job. 

Such an impact on the economy is going to leave lasting changes - one of the major changes will be the rise of remote work. In March 2020, remote job listing skyrocketed by 769% and during the pandemic, 2 in 3 Americans work remotely and 3 in 5 want to continue to do so even after the pandemic ends.
