This week I continue to begin on the 3-year weekly chart for the SPX (cash) and the focus remains on the move off of the July 11th highs which completed the Minor 3rd wave. Since that point the SPX has been tracing out the Minor 4th wave correction. Today I'm presenting what I believe are the 3 different scenarios that could be unfolding. I also feel that we will arrive at the completion point for Minor 4 if it is not complete and the resolution of which of the 3 scenarios is in force on Wednesday at 2 PM EDT when the FED announcement comes out. I also include today a continued discussion of the "flows", capital, options and gamma and why I continue to consider the levels produced by Spot Gamma to be very valuable and useful in trading.

Disclaimer: Futures and Options trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the futures and options markets. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose. CFTC Rule 4.41 – Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
