Fulgent Genetics, Inc. (FLGT) popped out and pulled back on Thursday, but still finished up 3.07, or 6.39%, to 51.08, with a session high of 54.14, on 2.9 million shares traded. I think this stock will go higher. My target is 65.00 next.

Jumia Technologies AG (JMIA) on Thursday jumped 4.34, or 13%, to 37.81, with a session high of 38.22, on 17 million shares traded. I think it is on the verge of an explosive move. It has a V-bottom with a right-hand extension and a wedge. If it moves through here, it is likely to explode to 41.00, and then get up to mid-channel targets at 50.00 and 55.00.

Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. (NTLA), one of my swings since October, has been phenomenal, having gone from the low 20’s to the high 50’s in just about five weeks. On Thursday, it spiked 7.15, or 14.68%, to 55.86, with a session high of 56.36, on 1.74 million shares traded. It ramped up another 34 cents to 56.70 in after-hours. It’s long in the tooth, but not necessarily overbought yet.

Perion Network Ltd. (PERI) exploded and ran the last four days. It gapped up on earnings, and went from the 7.50 area to Thursday’s session high at 13.09, with a gain of 1.40, or 12.68%, to 12.44, on 1.6 million shares traded and 34 cents to 12.78 in after-hours. That was a big day for that stock. Very big. I think an extension could take this to 14.50. That’s my next target.

Surface Oncology, Inc. (SURF) popped on Thursday and went from an 8.42 low to the session high of 9.82, with a move up of 1.10, or 12.82%, to 9.68, on 1.4 million shares traded and an additional 18 cents to 9.86 in after-hours. That was an excellent close right at resistance. The next target is 11.75-12.00, and maybe as high as 13-13.50.
