S&P 500 Snapshot: Up 2.1% YTD
The S&P 500 see-sawed this week, ending 0.63% below last Friday's close. The index is up 2.09% YTD and is 7.89% below its record close.
The U.S. Treasury puts the closing yield on the 10-year note as of September 25 at 0.66% which is above its record low (0.52% on 8/4/2020). The 2-year note is at 0.12%.
