DE Earnings Are Solid

Deere & Company (DE) just reported earnings and – as I suspected – it was another solid quarter. Revenue was +12% and strong margins resulted in EPS +66%. DE raised its full-year net income guidance from $9.0-$9.5 billion to $9.75-$10.0 billion. With 292 million diluted shares, that works out to just under $34/share. I’ll continue to hold my shares. The stock is up marginally in the premarket.
