Vinci Partners Investments Ltd (VINP) is an alternative investment platform in Brazil.

Its business segments include the Private Market; Liquid Strategies; Investment Products and solutions; Financial Advisory; and Retirement Services.

The majority of the company's revenue comes from the Private Market segment which is comprised of five business lines: private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and special situations.

The company was founded in 2009,  has paid variable quarterly dividends since September 2021, and is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Three key data points gauge

Vinci Partners Investments Ltd or any dividend-paying firm.

The key three are:

(1) Price

(2) Dividends

(3) Returns

Those three basic keys best tell whether any company has made, is making, and will make money.

VINP Price

Over the past year, Vinci's share price rose about 14.5% from $9.95 to $10.82 as of Thursday’s market close.

If Vinci trades in the range of $8 to $15 this next year, its recent $10.82 share price might rise to $13.00 by next year. Of course, VINPs price could drop about the same $2.18 estimated amount or more.

My annual upside estimate of $2.18 however, is in line with the median of one-year target estimates from five analysts tracking Vinci for brokers.

VINP Dividend

Vinci Partners Investments Ltd has paid variable quarterly dividends since September 2021. VINP’s recent Q dividend of $0.20 was declared on February 7th to shareholders of record on February 21st. The payout will be made on March 7th.

The forward-looking $0.80 annual dividend yields 7.39% at Thursday’s $10.82 share price.

VINP Returns

To put it all together, add VINP’s estimated annual dividend of $0.80 to the estimated price upside of $2.18 to find a $2.98 gross gain.

At Thursday’s $10.82 share price, a little under $1000 would buy 92 shares.

A $10 broker fee (if charged), paid half at purchase and half at sale, would cost us about  $0.11 per share.

Subtracting that likely $0.11 brokerage cost from the $2.98 gross gain produces a net gain of $2.87 X 92 shares = $264.04 for a 26.5% estimated net gain.

You might choose to pounce on Vinci Partners Investments Ltd It is a 14-year-old dividend-paying Rio de Janeiro-based investments firm.  Furthermore, the estimated $73.90 of annual dividend income from $1k invested is over 6.75 times greater than VINP’s recent $10.82 single share price.

The exact track of Vinci Partners Investments Ltd's ongoing future price and dividend will be determined by market action.

Remember the true value of any stock is best realized through personal ownership of shares.
