Three key data points gauge Advanced Info or any dividend paying firm. The key three are:

(1) Price

(2) Dividends

(3) Returns

Those three keys also best tell whether any company has made, is making, and will make money.

AVIFY Price

Over the past year, Advanced Info’s share price fell about 5.5% from $6.59 to $6.23 as of Friday’s market close.

If AVIFY shares trade in the range of $5.00 to $8.00 this next year, its recent $6.23 share price might rise to $6.62 by next year. Of course, AVIFY’s price could also drop about the same $0.41estimated amount, or more.

My $0.41 upside estimate is based on the average one-year price gain over the past three years.

AVIFY Dividend

Advanced Info has paid variable Semi-Annual dividends since April, 2003. The most recent $0.1251 dividend was declared February 2nd for shareholders of record February 16th and was paid out April 29th.

A forward looking $0.24 annual dividend yields 3.85% at Friday’s closing share price.

AVIFY Returns

To put it all together, a $0.65 estimated gross gain per share for the next year shows up when adding AVIFY’s $0.24 annual dividend to the estimated price upside of $0.41.

A little over $1000 buys 161 shares at $6.23 per share.

A $10 broker fee (if charged), paid half at purchase and half at sale, might take $0.06 per share out of the $0.65 gross gain to reveal a net gain of $0.59 X 161 shares = $94.99 for about a 9.4% estimated net gain on the year.

Furthermore, the $38.50 annual dividend income from $1K invested is over 6 times greater than the $6.23 single share price. By these numbers, Advanced Info may be an ideal dividend dog.

You might choose to pounce on Advanced Info. It is a 38 year-old dividend-paying Thailand-based communication services firm with a 21 year track record paying variable semi-annual dividends.

The exact track of AVIFY future price and dividend will entirely be determined by market action.

Remember, the true value of any stock is best realized through personal ownership of shares.
