Into The Ether(eum)
Even by the standards of the last ten insane months, Ethereum (which is basically the Pepsi to Bitcoin’s Coke) has had an amazing run:
This won’t come as a total shock to Slopers, who may have read my Ethereum Long post from last year. At the time of the post, $ETH was $189, whereas as I’m typing this it is $1400, and made a new lifetime high.
If $ETH continues to accrue gains, we could be at a “You Are Here” moment vis a vis what happened with Bitcoin, and it’s entirely possible that Ethereum makes its way toward $3,000, as incredible as that may sound.

I would think after the SEC decided to pursue #Ripple ($XRP-X), people would be far more wary of crypto in general. Do they think other cryptocurrencies will be immune? Ripple is likely a test case.
