TSX Composite Aggregate Estimates and Revisions

  • 23Q1 earnings are expected to decrease by 9.4% from Q1 2022. Excluding the energy sector, the earnings growth estimate is -2.5%.
  • 52.1% of companies have reported Q1 2023 earnings above analyst expectations.
  • 23Q1 revenues are expected to increase by 5.1% from Q1 2022. Excluding the energy sector, the revenue growth estimate is 11.3%.
