Asian markets dropped on Monday as investors' anxiety deepened following the United States' participation ina strike on Iranian nuclear facilities alongside Israel.
US stocks ended mixed on Friday after a Fed governor hinted at possible interest rate cuts by July and President Trump delayed a decision on a potential US strike in Iran.

Infosys, HUL, and M&M, on the other hand, are among the top losers today.
The BSE Midcap index is trading 0.4% lower, and the BSE Smallcap index is trading 0.3% lower.
Sectoral indices are trading negatively today, with stocks in the auto sector and the media sector witnessing selling pressure.
The rupee is trading at Rs 86.7 against the US dollar.

Bajel Projects Wins Huge Power Order
Bajel Projects Ltd has bagged a major ultra-mega power transmission order worth over Rs 4 bn from PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd.
Bajel Projects will build a 400 kV transmission line connecting Mahan to Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, spanning 138 km, and an extension work at Rewa substation to evacuate power from a generation station.
Th project is an EPC contract that needs to be completed within 29 months.
Bajel Projects, founded in 2022, is an EPC company specializing in power transmission and distribution. It offers end-to-end solutions, from design to commissioning, and was carved our from Bajaj Electricals Ltd.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Bags Huge Order
Waaree Renewable gets a Rs 2.5 billion (bn) boost in its solar EPC order, valued at Rs 14.8 bn.
Th order is for a 2,012 MW solar project, and al the original contract terms remains the same despite the value increases.
The company received a revised scope of work for the solar project and will execute it for a domestic client.
The project timeline will be decided mutually.
Waaree's solar project scope just got bigger, following its original win in November 2024, for a large renewable energy project.
Waaree Renewables, founded in 1999, focuses on renewable energy power generation and consultancy. It's leading new energy company with India's largest solar panel manufacturing capacity of 12GW in Gujarat.
Bank of India to Raise Funds
Bank of India will consider raising funds through long term infrastructure bonds today 26 June 2025, as announced on 20 June 2025.
Bank of India previously raised Rs 26.9 bn via 10 years infra bonds in FY24-25, which were oversubscribed 6 times. Now they are planning to consider another fundraising via long-term infra bonds.
They also aim to raise up to Rs 50 bn through Basel-III bonds in FY25-26.
Bank of India reported a jump of 82.5% in profit of Rs 25.3 bn in Q4. Net interest income rose 2.1% to Rs 60.6 bn. The bank also declared a dividend of Rs 4.05 per share for FY24-25.
