Asian markets traded mostly lower, while the US stock market futures traded flat during a holiday shortened week.

At present, the BSE Sensex is trading 162 points higher, and the NSE Nifty is trading 45 points higher.
M&M, HUL and Hindalco are among the top gainers today.
TMPV, NTPC and Axis Bank, on the other hand, are among the top losers today.
The BSE Midcap index and the BSE Smallcap index are trading flat.
Sectoral Indices are trading mixed today, with stocks in the consumer durables sector and the realty sector witnessing selling pressure. Meanwhile, stocks in the power sector and the auto sector are witnessing buying spree.
The rupee is trading at Rs 89.7 against the US dollar.
Wipro Announces Multi Year Deal
Shares of Wipro, the IT services company, will be in focus on Friday, November 28, after the firm on Thursday announced a multi-year engagement with Odido Netherlands B.V. to transform its IT landscape and enhance the customer experience across its enterprise and consumer segments.
The company said that by combining AI and deep consulting expertise, Wipro will help Odido improve customer engagement and satisfaction, improve productivity, and streamline operations to reduce costs.
A key highlight of this multi-year engagement is the use of a self-funded model, where productivity-driven savings are reinvested to continuously fund new digital initiatives, ensuring that innovation remains both sustainable and scalable.

Tata Tech Completes Es-Tec Acquisition
Tata Technologies has completed its acquisition of Germany-based Es-Tec GmbH and its subsidiaries on Thursday, November 27, ahead of the earlier target of December 31, 2025.
The €75 million transaction, linked to performance-based milestones, further strengthens the company's position as a global engineering, research, and development partner to leading automotive manufacturers.
The acquisition brings in more than 300 German engineers skilled in ADAS, connected platforms, systems engineering, and embedded software, enhancing Tata Technologies' global delivery network. It also expands the company's European presence, with Es-Tec's Wolfsburg base providing strategic proximity to major OEM programmes for brands such as BMW and Volkswagen.
By integrating Es-Tec's advanced engineering and testing capabilities with its offshore delivery model, Tata Technologies aims to deepen engagement with global OEMs and broaden its reach in key automotive technology domains, including electrification and software-defined vehicles.
Zydus Lifesciences Shares in Focus on Tentative USFDA Approval.
Zydus Lifesciences' share price moved higher in early trade on November 28 after the company received tentative approval from the USFDA for Empagliflozin and Linagliptin tablets.
This combination therapy is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to help improve glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when treatment with both drugs is appropriate.
The tablets will be manufactured at the group's formulation facility located in the SEZ at Ahmedabad. As of FY 2003-04, the company has secured 428 approvals and filed 487 ANDAs.
Earlier this week, Zydus also signed an exclusive licensing and commercialisation agreement with US-based RK Pharma Inc for a novel sterile injectable 505(b)(2) oncology supportive care product intended for the US market.
Under the terms of this agreement, RK Pharma will manufacture and supply the finished product, while Zydus will be responsible for the NDA submission and commercialization of the product in the US.
Also, received final approval from the USFDA for Verapamil Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets USP, 120 mg, 180 mg and 240 mg.
Emcure Pharma Shares in focus After GST
Shares of Emcure Pharmaceuticals could be in the limelight heading into trade on Friday, November 28, after the company disclosed that officials from the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Department carried out a search and seizure exercise at the company's Mumbai premises earlier this week.
According to Emcure's filing, the inspection was led by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax (D-0214), Investigation-B, and commenced on November 24, wrapping up on November 26.
The operation was conducted under Section 67 of the Maharashtra GST Act, 2017, which empowers authorities to search premises and seize documents in cases of suspected tax evasion or irregularities.
Emcure said it has submitted all documents and clarifications requested by the officials and added that no adverse findings or formal communications have been issued so far.
