Nifty Above 25,050; Sensex Today Trades Higher
Asian markets traded higher on Wednesday after US President Donald Trump announced a massive trade deal with Japan.
US stock market ended mixed on Tuesday, with the S&P 500 reaching a record-high close.

At present, the BSE Sensex is trading 163 points higher, and the NSE Nifty is trading 47 points higher.
Tata Motors, M&M, and Bajaj Finance are among the top gainers today.
HUL, Titan Company, and Bharat Elec, on the other hand, are among the top losers today.
The BSE Midcap index is trading 0.2% lower, and the BSE Smallcap index is trading 0.2% lower.
Sectoral indices are trading mixed today with stocks in metal sector and energy sector were witnessed buying. Meanwhile stocks in realty sector and telecommunication sector witnessing selling pressure.
The rupee is trading at Rs 86.3 against the US dollar.
JSW Infra Post 31% Profit Jump
JSW Infrastructure reported strong Q1 results with double-digit growth in net profit and revenue for FY26.
JSW Infrastructure's Q1 revenue rose 21% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs 12,3 billion (bn) but remained flat compared to the previous quarter.
In terms of operations, its EBITDA increased by 13% year over year to Rs 5.8 bn.
JSW Infra handled 29.4 million tonnes of cargo during the quarter, which represents a 5% increase over the previous year. The coal handling operations at Ennore, PNP, and Paradip performed extremely well, which was the primary cause of the volume increase.
JSW Infrastructure's Q1 net profit increased 31% YoY to Rs 3.8 bn but declined compared to the previous quarter.
The third-party volume grew by 8% YoY, and its share of total volumes was 52% as compared to 50% a year ago.
ONGC Greenlights Mozambique LNG Project Fund
For the Mozambique LNG project, ONGC's board has approved a true-up amount of up to Rs 50.8 bn which ONGC Videsh subsidiaries will utilise during the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
ONGC Videsh has a 16% stake in the Mozambique project's Area 1, managed through its subsidiaries OVRL and BREML.
ONGC's board approved receiving up to Rs 50.8 bn for the Mozambique LNG project to cover estimated costs. With sums allotted for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, the funds will be used over a two-year period.
The project will cost ONGC Videsh Rovuma Rs 21.2 bn in 2025-2026 and Rs 10.6 bn in 2026-2027.
Through a postal ballot in April, ONGC asked for shareholder approval for financial commitments in Mozambique, including advancing up to Rs 15 bn to its subsidiary BREML.
The Mozambique Project in the Rovuma Basin has vast natural gas potential, but it faced security-related disruptions. ONGC is working to restart the project.

Dixon Tech Q1 Results Soars High
Dixon Technologies reported a strong Q1 performance with net profit doubling to Rs 2.8 bn, driven by a stellar performance from its Mobile & Other EMS Division, which reported a significant 125% year-on-year surge in revenue to Rs 116.6 bn.
The company's robust mobile business performance drove a 95% increase in overall revenue to Rs 128.4 bn. Revenue and operating profit from the mobile division increased to 91% and 82%, respectively.
With margins dropping 10 basis points to 3.8%, it reported an EBITDA of Rs 4,8 bn, an 89% YoY increase.
Dixon's Home Appliances division saw modest growth of 3% YoY and 4% QoQ with revenue of Rs 3.1 bn.
Its Consumer Electronics & Appliances segment (LED TVs & Refrigerators) saw a drop in revenue in Q1 of Rs 6.7 bn, compared to Rs 8.5 bn in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the Lighting Products division fell 17% YoY to Rs 1.8 bn.
