US stock market ended mixed on Monday, with the S&P 500 closing at record high for a sixth straight session, as investors gauged the US-EU trade pact.

Sectoral indices are trading mixed today, with stocks in the oil & gas sector and the power sector witnessing buying. Meanwhile, stocks in the IT sector and the media sector are witnessing selling pressure.
The rupee is trading at Rs 86.7 against the US dollar.
PNC Infratech Bags Major Coal Contract
PNC Infratech wins mining contract bid from Southeastern Coalfields Limited in Chhattisgarh.
The project includes loading and transporting extracted coal to different locations at the Gevra OCP expansion project in Chhattisgarh, as well as handling, transport, and other mining services, such as hiring HEMM for overburden removal and coal extraction by surface miners.
The contract's total quoted value is Rs 29.6 billion (bn). On 28 July 2025, the project's financial bids went live. Five years are allotted for the contract's execution.
PNC Infratech declared last month that it had received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for the construction of a flyover project in Bharatpur city from the Public Works Department (PWD), Rajasthan. The project, which was awarded on June 6, 2025, entails an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for the construction of a flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha. The project is expected to be completed in two years, with a total contract value of Rs 2.4 bn.
ONGC, Reliance and BP Ink Energy Deal
ONGC, BP, and Reliance Industries have signed a joint operating agreement to explore an offshore oil block, GS-OSHP-2022/2, in the Saurashtra Basin, awarded under the Open Acreage Licensing Policy.
On 28 July 2025, at ONGC's Deendayal Urja Bhavan in New Delhi, the deal was signed. The block, which is classified as a category-II basin and spans an area of roughly 5,454 square kilometres, is situated in the Saurashtra Basin off the western coast.
Following ONGC's designation as the block's operator, the partnership will start exploration efforts to evaluate and exploit the area's oil potential.
According to a stock exchange filing, ONGC approved a true-up amount of up to Rs 50.1 bn last week, which will be spent over FY26-27 by ONGC Videsh subsidiaries involved in the Area 1 Mozambique LNG project.
ONGC Videsh has a 16% participating interest in the Area 1 Mozambique project, which is run by its stepdown companies, Beas Rovuma Energy Mozambique (BREML) and ONGC Videsh Rovuma (OVRL).
The company's board approved a true-up payment of up to Rs 50.1 bn. The payment will be incurred in two years: Rs 12.7 bn in 2025-26 and Rs 6.3 bn in 2026-27.

Bajaj Healthcare's Q1 profit jumps 66%
Bajaj Healthcare shares are in focus after the company posted its Q1 FY26 results.
The company's operating revenue climbed 12.5% to Rs 1.5 bn compared to Rs 1.3 bn during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
In the first quarter of this fiscal year, EBITDA at the operating level was flat at Rs 0.2 bn. In the reporting quarter, the EBITDA margin was 16.5%, down from 18.5% during the same period in the prior fiscal year.
Bajaj Healthcare's Q1 net profit jumps 66% to Rs 0.1 bn from Rs 0.07 bn last year.
Bajaj Healthcare's API exports grew 68.4% due to strong demand, while formulations rose 41.1% from deeper market penetration and new partnerships.
The company is shifting focus to exports and specialized molecules due to pricing challenges in the domestic API market, aiming for better growth and profits.
