London Paul: Is Europe Going To Let Its People Freeze?
One of the tragic side effects of the stalemate between Russia and the western NATO nations is that the citizens of Europe are the ones who are facing the fallout effects of the sanctions on Russia.
With Europe getting most of its energy from Russia, and now facing shortages as natural gas and electricity prices spike, even at the elevated pricing levels the supply remains a question, and it’s a concern of what’s going to happen when winter hits.
Will European politicians take a step back and find a way to negotiate energy for their people? Or will the sanctions continue at the expense of their constituents?
It’s a situation with no easy answers, although fortunately, London Paul of The Sirius Report explains the parameters, and how this all might play out.
