Even if Ripple loses their case, they could continue to operate outside of the US. They do not face such restrictions elsewhere, and only about 5% of Ripple holders reside in the US, then this is apparently not the end of Ripple Labs as we know it.
You talked about why Ripple will likely lose the SEC lawsuit, and how that's impacting other crypto's as well. But why is the SEC only going after Ripple? Will the SEC go after other cryptos as well after?
