As of April 25, the price of Regular and Premium were down four cents each from the previous week. According to GasBuddy.com, California has the highest average price for Regular at $5.68 and Georgia has the cheapest at $3.69. The WTIC end-of-day spot price closed at 98.54 and is down 8.4% from last week.
