Miners Break Out
The precious metals miners ETF GDX has a clear breakout from its downtrend:

Gold GLD has been struggling since August 6th of last year, but if it can manage to get past that horizontal – – and, more importantly, past its own descending trendline – – that should provide more fuel to the rise of miners.
