For reasons that are unclear, China's central bank has not yet updated its balance sheet estimates for the month of November 2022 even though it's already almost January 2023. What goes on that balance sheet would be what's missing. And what's missing is up now close to a trillion dollars. That's an idea of how massive the global dollar funding gap, or dollar shortage, is to end this volatile year. Happy 2023?
