2020 will probably be the worst year for the eurozone since the financial crisis of 2008 or maybe even worse. That's according to ING's Head of Macro Research, Carsten Brzeski. While governments and central banks have already done a lot to tackle the economic fallout of COVID-19, what's still missing, he says, is a pan-European fiscal reaction.
