The price of Regular is up two cents and Premium is unchanged from last week. According to GasBuddy.com, Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $3.03 and Oklahoma has the cheapest at $1.35. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 20.39, a bounceback of 59.5% from last week.
