Yesterday the VIX had an outside tick.
What is an outside tick?
It is a tick that is above and below the tick from the day before. As such, it is considered an "indecision" tick where the market did not make a clear decision.
That would make today or tomorrow a decision day by establishing a tick that was in a clear posture.
