I like momentum trading systems, but my backtests on the Turtle Trading system show it to be a rather weak trading system. Perhaps this method of trading worked in the 80's, but in 2022 I doubt you'll create alpha by trading via the Turtle Trading system. I do not like the implications of these backtests moving into 2022.
