9:58 AM – Selling all my AMRX shares this morning, and here’s why. The stock recently broke below its 10 DMA, which was the first technical violation. It then fell below our noted ROUND-$18 support, and shares are continuing lower this morning while the 10 DMA is now clearly rolling over. With multiple signs of technical deterioration stacking up, I’m exiting the position and moving on.
James’ Trader’s Tip: Ongoing Technical Weakness Is a Signal
• A break below the 10 DMA is often the first warning that momentum is deteriorating.
• Losing additional support levels confirms that the weakness is continuing—not improving.
• When the 10 DMA begins rolling over while price continues lower, the stock is telling you the technical trend is weakening. Listen to it.
