Today's 5 Best Small Caps

Today I used Barchart to find the stocks in the S&P 600 Small Cap Index with the best technical indicators and charts. First I sorted the Index for stock having the most frequent new highs in the last month, then eliminated those that weren't a Trend Spotter buy or didn't have positive gains in the last week and month. Then I used the Flipchart feature to review the charts.
