The foreign exchange market in and of itself is stable only in the fact that there is no stability. The whole point of the foreign exchange market is to function with the ongoing absent photos of the market and what that does to the various currencies whose value is determined by the market at any given point. And now, the foreign exchange market is struggling more than ever as the coronavirus pandemic continues to barrel around the plant, significantly impacting the foreign exchange market and all the currencies that make their presence known within.
This is especially true this week, as currencies around the globe struggle. The position and value of the US dollar, for example, is of course one that is always going to the abs and flows at the foreign exchange market is privy to. However, the US dollar is one that typically performed quite well overall. In recent months, even this has been called into question as the US dollar has fallen into the same dangerous position as any other currency in the foreign exchange market. It is a position that currencies around the globe have been put in, thanks to the pandemic and its ongoing ripple effects that impacted economies that span the globe.
This week, the US dollar has found itself struggling more than usual thanks largely to not only the ongoing barrel effects of the coronavirus pandemic but also the unstable political climate within the nation. As the presidential election kicks into high gear, current President Donald Trump has continued to have inflammatory statements and positions the likes of many of which have negatively impacted the position of not only the economy further but also the dollar itself. The US dollar is facing an immensely travelling week and while it has continued to pursue severe up until this point there is no knowing just how he is going to continue on to unfold in the coming weeks and beyond.
The US dollar is currently trying to regain it's putting in the foreign exchange market, however what is more true than anything else is that this is a time where even the most stable currencies around the globe are not able to guarantee their position in the foreign exchange market. Going forward, what we can expect is that the US dollar will make some small rises and falls while it continues to regain its bearings. There is no way of knowing just wear the US dollar is going to sit in terms of value and international foreign exchange market this time next week, only time will tell.
