I own 100 shares of The Travelers Companies, Inc. at an average cost basis of $115.88 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 3.62%. (The stock's forward yield is 1.98% at $212.41 per share.)
Since I opened my position in TRV in May 2013, it has produced annualized total returns of 14.9%, including $2,353.80 in dividend income. The Travelers Companies, Inc. became my portfolio's 49th Home Run stock in January 2024, when the stock doubled my original capital outlay.
