The Retirees Dividend Portfolio - Retirement Account Review

A look at the performance of the retirement portfolio over the last six years and how it has performed when it comes to income generated, account balances, and much more.

Video Length: 00:26:14

Here are some really interesting highlights from the video:

  • Jane's income generated is up 14.0% in the Traditional IRA year-over-year and 9.1% in the Roth IRA even though no funds have been added to the account. This is an increase of approximately $297/month of additional income from doing nothing.
  • Jane's portfolio generated $32,222.32 of cash flow that can be drawn as potential income in 2023. This means Jane could have withdrawn an average of $2,685.20/month without touching her principal balance.

I started making these videos because I am tired of all the content creators pushing ideas about investing that are too good to be true and charging for the privilege of that information. If you know anyone that is interested in investing, retired, or closing in on retirement you should encourage them to check these videos out because the more proactive you can be about your finances for retirement the better your quality of life can be!

What does your retirement portfolio look like? Are there any investments you hold in common with Jane or are there any holdings you have that you think Jane should consider in her portfolio? Leave your thoughts in the comments, I would love to start a conversation around this!
