The ‘Breaking Bad’ Ratline Sistema

It is my strong hypothesis that ratline money is the dominant feature of the investment scene. Associated with this are offshore pirate banks for criminal networks. Simon Black wrote a piece describing how the U.S. is at the epicenter:

“… the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), an agency of the U.S. Treasury Department, sent out a rather frantic email blast to banks across the United States yesterday about former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. FinCEN recognizes that Yanukovych has substantial assets stashed away in the Land of the Free … and they’re keen to avoid yet another embarrassing public scandal in which the U.S. banking system is caught financing a fugitive dictator.”

One of the enablers is attorney-client privilege abused by the Saul Goodman types for “Breaking Bad” clients. The boyz have laundered the wealth of the Ukraine. The obvious question: Where were the regulators? The actions of FinCen are an overwhelming forensic that large-scale ratlining is another conspiracy practice, not a “theory.”

The 2008-2009 financial crisis enabled the global criminal network and Parasite Guild to loot hundreds of billions of dollars from the serfs. This sistema has gotten immense and very powerful. Add the expanding military-industrial surveillance “gray” state contractor scam and an immense black-ops type of control and power base is in play. These criminals, in turn, work with Wall Street. The network has the money fleeced from Aunt Millie. Since the Federal Reserve is an accomplice, the movement of the money is hidden. Free money is available to facilitate other rackets, such as the “China Connection,” a scheme to defraud Aunt Li via wealth management products.

The ratline guildists also use manipulations in hallowed-out “markets” to further their aims. The end game is that the underlying economies become rotten to the core and a collapse becomes inevitable. That is actually part of the conspiracy practices (not theories) being incorporated, as it enables the guild to supply more “solutions” to the latest crisis the sheeple face. Since intelligence networks are also involved, don’t be the least surprised if  major false flags are used to advance the “gray state,” another and ultimate scheme to control the “troublemakers” among the serfs.
