
Friday was a bullish day of broadening breadth, and clients took advantage of the tech rise. Day of follow-through to the tentative bottom Thursday, but it could have been stronger; actually, tech intraday showing was underwhelming. Does it have to do with the defensive bid ahead of the (hot Mideast) weekend?
Precious metals remained under pressure exactly as called, and that's regardless of USD retreating in spite of greater yields' attraction. Judging by the recent White House list of visitors, we're headed into a very escalatory weekend, which for now hasn't affected risk-taking, but note how the dollar couldn't rise since midweek Saudi Arabia troubles…
