Stock-ing Stuffers - Special Dividends

It is the season for giving. And, the season for some stocking stuffers special dividends. Here are the special dividends but these funds also pay monthly dividends too.

PIMCO Dynamic Income Opportunities Fund (PDO) - $0.96 per share (6.2%)

PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (PDI) = $0.65 per share (3.2%)

PIMCO Corporate & Income Opportunity Fund (PTY) - $0.15 per share (1.1%)

PIMCO has declared a special year-end distribution for each Fund’s common shares as summarized below. The distributions are payable on December 22, 2022 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 14, 2022. In addition to the regular monthly dividends, these special year-end distributions are being paid to allow the Funds to meet its 2022 distribution requirements for federal excise tax purposes. The Fund’s total distributions will be taxable to shareholders in 2022.
