Speculating On DOCU Earnings

DocuSign (DOCU) – the leading eSignature platform – reports earnings Thursday afternoon. The stock has been utterly destroyed as you can see in the chart above. DOCU set a low bar for the current quarter three months ago when it guided Billings to $584-$594 million and Revenue to $624-$628 million. If it can beat this guidance it could lead to a powerful relief rally Friday. I like the DOCU Dec09 $60 Calls which can be had for ~55 cents. It will take a big move to get there – and the odds are against it – but the return will be spectacular if it does.
