The big news at today's market close was the Nasdaq's first record high in 15 years. It hit its Tech Bubble peak on March 10, 2000. Our benchmark S&P 500 set a new intraday record high, but its trimmed gain of 0.24% left it a fractional 0.21% below its record close on March 2nd.
Today the yield on the 10-year Note closed at 1.96%, down three bps from the previous close.
