1. Medical device stock Neovasc Inc. (TSE:NVC)(NVCNclimbed 8% to $0.70 on Wednesday after announcing that the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts ruled in favor of the Company and its officers on all claims in the case of Grobler vs. Neovasc Inc, et al., Civil Action No. 16-11038-RGS, a putative securities class action that was filed on June 6, 2016, against Neovasc and certain of the Company’s officers.

2. Shares of Moovly Media Inc. (CVE:MVY) jumped 61% to $0.25 as the Cloud-based multimedia platform provider said it has exceeded the one million registered user mark, with momentum building over the past three months.

3. DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. (CVE:DSF)(ELGSF), meanwhile, provided a corporate update, stating that it has now processed and sold all its stockpiles of both product and run-of-mine material at the Campos Belos Plant in Brazil. Total sales to November 17, 2016, of both 12% and 15% Phosphate DANF are 27,868 tonnes. The Company currently has signed forward sales contracts to deliver an additional 9,306 tonnes. DuSolo Fertilizers stock moved up 25% to $0.05 following the announcement.
