This feels like doing the snow report from Honolulu. There seriously isn’t anything to report. I mean, just look at the small-cap futures. Everyone is just waiting for the Fed tomorrow.
The same can be said for the ES (although, as with many markets, it inched its way to a lifetime high).
Through all of this, volatility is basically heading toward zero.
One of the few weak assets out there remains oil, which is down over 2% as of this writing. I’ve pointed out many energy stocks which look like good bearish setups.
Finally, Bitcoin did a hard U-turn since the weekend. In a short span of time, Bitcoin futures tumbled from over $61,000 to almost $8,000 lower than that.
