Silver Miners 8-Year Breakout In Play

Its been a long struggle to move higher for Silver Miners ETF (SIL) as it has created a series of lower highs since 2012.

Is the long-term trend for this ETF about to change? An important move is taking place of late!

This chart from Marketsmith.com reflects that SIL strength of late has it breaking above 8-year falling resistance and 2017 highs at (1).

While this bullish breakout is taking place, relative strength continues to move higher as well as long-term moving averages.
