SharkNinja could be the title of a B-movie with a wild plot, or it could even be the name of a penny-stock company with a technology nobody understands.  But here in the real world, it's actually the name of a publicly traded home goods company that is quietly taking over kitchens, bathrooms, closets, garages, and patios.

SharkNinja (SN) is a combination of the Shark and Ninja brands.  Shark sells affordable yet reliable home cleaning and beauty products like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair dryers, and digital face masks.  Ninja sells kitchen appliances like air fryers, blenders, coffee makers, and even outdoor grills.

If you don't have one or more of their products already, you've likely seen them on store shelves.  At this point, they've got so many products across various categories that they're hard to miss, and they try to bring 25 new products to market each year.

Yesterday (8/5), SharkNinja (SN) reported an earnings triple play by beating EPS and sales estimates and raising guidance.  Shares rallied 8.3% in reaction to the triple play to close at fresh all-time highs.

As shown in the snapshot of SharkNinja's earnings reports since it began trading in mid-2023, the company has yet to miss earnings or sales estimates in any quarter.  It has also raised guidance on 50% of its quarterly reports as a public company, and its shares have reacted positively to nine of twelve reports.

While it's a relatively young company, SharkNinja has been an earnings season behemoth.

While the S&P 500 has posted a total return of about 75% since the end of July 2023, SharkNinja (SN) has gained more than 330% over the same time frame.  As shown below, SN shares actually traded sharply lower in the first month or so after going public, but they haven't looked back since other than a pretty steep drawdown in early 2025 during the tariff tantrum.

Since 2023, SN has increased annual revenues by roughly $1 billion per year, and current estimates are for more than $8 billion in sales next year.  The company is projected to earn $7.40/share in 2027, giving it a forward earnings multiple of less than 25.

There's no doubt about it that SharkNinja is currently one of the bigger consumer-related success stories of the 2020s.  While it's up a lot in a short period of time after this quarter's earnings triple play, it's certainly a company to keep on your radar.
