The deal has an aggregate contract value of approximately Rs 10 billion, excluding taxes, and runs through June 2029.

This provides stronger multi-year revenue visibility and highlights growing demand for AI compute infrastructure in India.

GRT Jewellers Acquires 74% Stake in TBZ

GRT Jewellers India Private Limited (GRT) on August 31 announced that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the promoters of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (TBZ) to acquire their 74.12% stake in the company for an aggregate consideration of up to Rs 10.34 bn.

The transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Following the completion of the acquisition, GRT will also launch an open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake in TBZ, in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations.

He said the transition to GRT marks a new phase for the legacy brand, while expressing pride in its journey and continued growth.
