Asian markets traded mixed on Friday, amid cautiousness over geopolitical uncertainty and spike in crude oil prices.

US stock market ended lower on Thursday on signs of escalation of war in the Middle East, while investors parsed mixed corporate earnings.

At present, the BSE Sensex is trading 477 points lower, and the NSE Nifty is trading 125 points lower.

M&M, NTPC, and HUL are among the top gainers today.

Infosys, HCL Tech, and TCS, on the other hand, are among the top losers today.

The BSE 150 Midcap index is trading 0.1% lower, and the BSE 250 SmallCap index is trading 0.5% lower.

Sectoral indices are trading mixed today, with stocks in the IT sector and the telecommunication sector witnessed selling pressure. Meanwhile, stocks in realty sector and the energy sector witnessed buying.

The rupee is trading at Rs 94.2 against the US dollar.

Cyient Q4 Results

Shares of Cyient are in focus today after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

The company posted a mixed quarterly performance. Net profit declined 32.6% sequentially to Rs 0.66 bn, while revenue rose 4.2% to Rs 19.27 bn.

EBIT dropped 6.8% to Rs 1.56 bn, with margins contracting to 8.09% from 9.04% in the previous quarter.

The board has also approved a share buyback of up to 6.4 million equity shares at Rs 1,125 per share, totaling Rs 7.2 bn.

Mahindra Logistics Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of Mahindra Logistics came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

In Q4 FY26 (consolidated), the company reported a strong improvement compared to Q4 FY25, with revenue rising to Rs 17.91 bn from Rs 15.70 bn.

EBITDA surged to Rs 1.12 bn from Rs 0.78 bn.

The Company has reported strong revenue growth of 15% driven across business verticals.

Mahindra Logistics posted a profit after tax of Rs 0.20 bn, compared a loss of Rs 0.07 bn in the same quarter last year.

Also, the company's board of directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.50per equity share for the face value of Rs 10 for the for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval.

According to the exchange filing, the record date for final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 would be Friday, 10 July 2026.

CIE Automotive India Q4 FY26 Results

Shares of CIE Automotive India came into focus after the company reported its Q4 FY26 results.

CIE Automotive India reported a strong quarterly performance, with net profit rising 20.82% to Rs 2.49 bn in the quarter ended March 2026, compared to Rs 2.06 bn in the same period last year.

Revenue increased 14.93% to Rs 26.12 bn from Rs 22.73 bn a year ago.

CIE Automotive Limited is a subsidiary of CIE Automotive S.A, Spain. Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturing Ltd. was a significant shareholder in the company.

The company is engaged in the business of production and sale of automotive components to original equipment manufacturers and other customers in India and overseas.
