At present, the BSE Sensex is trading 305 points higher, and the NSE Nifty is trading 73 points higher.
Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS are among the top gainers today.
Titan Company, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI Bank on the other hand are among the top losers today.
The BSE 150 Midcap index is trading 0.5% higher and the BSE 250 SmallCap index is trading 0.4% higher.
Sectoral indices are trading mixed today, with stocks in the metal sector and the banking sector witnessing selling pressure. Meanwhile, stocks in the realty sector and the power sector witnessed buying.
The rupee is trading at Rs 96.2 against the US dollar.
IOC Q4 FY26 Results
Shares of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) are in focus today after the company reported itsQ4 FY26 results.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose marginally to Rs 2,360 billion (bn), compared to Rs 2,210 bn in the same quarter last year.
Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 2,380 bn, up from Rs 2,220 bn in Q4 FY25.
Net profit surged to Rs 145 bn from Rs 81 bn in Q4 FY25, marking a strong 78% YoY growth.
The profit growth was supported by healthy marketing and refining margins before the full impact of ongoing war-driven disruptions in global energy markets affected earnings.
The company also announced a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share.
Eicher Motors Drives Royal Enfield's Expansion Plans.
Eicher Motors announced that its subsidiary, Royal Enfield, is planning to establish a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Tada (Tirupati), Andhra Pradesh. The proposed project involves an investment of approximately Rs 25 bn and is subject to approval by the company's board. The facility is expected to be developed in phases aligned with future demand and market conditions.
At present, Royal Enfield has an annual production capacity of about 14.6 lakh motorcycles, which is nearly fully utilised. In February 2026, the company had already announced an investment of Rs 9.58 bn to expand its Cheyyar plant in Tamil Nadu, which will increase total production capacity to 20 lakh motorcycles per year.
As part of its long-term growth plans, Royal Enfield continues to explore future expansion opportunities. The company currently operates four manufacturing plants in Tamil Nadu and seven CKD assembly facilities in Bangladesh, Nepal, Brazil, Thailand, Argentina, and Colombia.
It also has a strong global presence with more than 3,200 stores across India and over 80 countries. Royal Enfield's technical centres are in Bruntingthorpe, UK, and Chennai, India.
DOMS Industries Q4 FY26 Results
DOMS Industries reported net sales of Rs 6.04 bn for the quarter ending March 2026, up 18.72% from Rs 5.09 bn in the same quarter last year.
Quarterly net profit rose 17.13% to Rs 0.57 bn from Rs 0.48 bn a year ago.
EBITDA increased 12.97% to Rs 1.05 billion, while earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 9.35 from Rs 7.98 in March 2025.
