Lupin Secures Canadian Rights for DeslaFlex
In the news from pharma sector, shares of Lupin after the company announced that it has signed a licence and supply agreement with Spektus Pharma to commercialize the novel antidepressant DeslaFlex in Canada.
DeslaFlex is a new antidepressant developed by Spektus using their special Flexitab technology for easier oral delivery.
Lupin and Spektus are partnering to bring DeslaFlex to Canada. Lupin's strong presence in the Canadian market, combined with Spektus' expertise in innovative medicines, will help introduce DeslaFlex successfully and set the stage for future product launches. This partnership also strengthens Lupin's CNS (central nervous system) portfolio with doctor-approved therapies that fit well with Canada's regulatory environment.

JSW Infra Eyes Capital Raise February
Moving on to the news from infrastructure sector, shares of JSW Infrastructure came into focus after the company informed exchanges about the next board meeting to consider a fundraising plan.
The meeting is scheduled for 20 February 2026 (Friday).
The company said its board will look at different ways to raise funds, such as public or private share sales, qualified institutional placements (QIP), rights issues, or a mix of these options.
However, the fundraising will need approval from the company's shareholders, stock exchanges, and other necessary authorities before moving forward.
Embassy Developments Shares Rally on MahaRERA Approval
Moving on to the news from real estate sector, shares of Embassy Development came into focus after the company announced that it had received approval from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its residential project in Alibaug.
According to a company filing, Embassy Developments' new project in Alibaug will cover around 0.2 million sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, with an estimated gross development value of approximately Rs 4 billion (bn). Spread over 7 acres, the approved phase will include five G+5 towers with 52 spacious residences in duplex and simplex layouts.
The project is expected to launch this quarter, with possession targeted for 2030, subject to regulatory approvals and construction progress.
