On 25 February, Sempra (SRE) increased its dividend by 4.03%, from 62¢ to 64.5¢ per share.
The dividend is payable on 15 April to shareholders of record on 20 March.
SRE's contribution to DivGro's projected annual dividend income will increase by $20 to $516.
I own 200 SRE shares at an average cost of $72.15 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 3.58%. (HD's forward yield is 3.54% at $72.85 per share.)
Since opening my position in February 2024, the stock has generated a total return of 3%, including $347.20 in dividend income.
