Rockwell In Talks To Buy B/E Aerospace For $62/share, WSJ Reports

Rockwell Collins (COL) is in advanced talks to acquire B/E Aerospace (BEAV) for $62 per share or around $6.5B, Dana Mattioli and Dana Cimilluca of the Wall Street Journal report, citing people familiar with the matter.

B/E closed Friday down 4c to $50.61. The deal, to be paid in cash and stock, could be announced on Sunday, the reporters add. Reference link
