Remote Work is Changing the Jobs of the Future

A look at how to prepare for the jobs of the future.

Work is changing - employees are dissatisfied with their current, traditional jobs and are looking for remote alternatives. Over 30% of knowledge workers, such as software developers and writers, have quit their jobs because they weren't allowed to work remotely. Over 60% would switch jobs for the opportunity to work from home and over 90% are happier at work with flexible hours and remote work as an option. Perhaps your team will also enjoy some office party ideas as well.

With AI taking over more menial tasks, skills around creativity, human relationships, and problem solving will become more vital for a company to thrive. This will force many businesses to foster these skills and ways of thinking with workspaces designed for employee wellness. Having a nap room at work may sound silly today, but having a healthy team that isn't stressed about small things cultivates the skills the future needs.
