Remain Cautious?

We are still close to testing the resistance lines of two important indexes ... the NYA (NYSE), and the IWM Index.

Here's the issue ... if the indexes move through their resistance lines, then we are either starting a new up trend or we will have to deal with the issue of maintaining any up movement in spite of deflation in Europe.

The chart below shows the major indexes in the stock market ...
