It’s been an absolutely explosive rally today, and as of this moment, we’re getting dangerously (or tantalizingly, depending on your perspective) close to a breakout, where that line is drawn.

The best news for the bulls is that it took NO NEWS to make this happen. Which means that if legitimately good news comes out (AKA a trade deal), it’ll just go roaring higher still.
